Chicago Inno Show Episode 24: Spotlight On Student Startups

Following our Inno U Challenge, this week we're talking all things student startups on the podcast.

The Big One (00:30): Jim and Will discuss how likely it is that Trump will win the election (according to UIUC computer scientists, it's 0%), a startup launching from a Chicago Blackhawks doctor, and the week's funding announcements.

The One-on-One (14:06): Will talks with the Dorm Room Fund, a venture capital firm that uses student VCs to make investments in student startups.

The Fun One (38:33): Jim talks with SHAC (Student Housing and Collective), a startup creating the Airbnb for commuting college students.

You can subscribe to us on iTunesStitcher and Soundcloud. You can also tune into 105.5 FM WLPN Lumpen Radio Sundays at 7 pm to hear us live on the radio.

If you're new to the podcast side of Chicago Inno, every other week we bring you an hour of radio covering big recent news ("The Big One"), thoughtful conversations with movers and shakers in the tech community ("The One-On-One"), and a fun segment with a fun game or story from the tech world ("The Fun One").

We constantly cover startups, innovators, and entrepreneurs being creative and trying new things, so we figured it was time we do the same. As always, let us know what you think.
