Chicago product photography company Snap36 named two new people to its executive team. It appointed Katy De Leon, who previously worked at Adobe and Narrative Science, as its chief revenue officer, and Brian Courtney, a Motorola veteran, as VP of technology and production.
Sales enablement company Showpad announced it hired Helen Yu as the company’s first chief customer officer. She most recently served as founder and CEO of Tigon Advisory, and prior to that worked at Sprinklr, Marketo and Oracle.
Chicago-based legal tech company Relativity announced two big names to its board of directors. It announced that Shannon Brayton, the CMO at LinkedIn, and Kevin Scott, CTO at Microsoft, officially joined the company's board. The appointments come just months after Relativity hired Mike Gamson, a former LinkedIn exec and leader of its Chicago office, as its CEO.
UPshow, a Chicago startup that turns TVs inside restaurants and bars into social media engagement tools, added two new faces to its executive team. The startup named Scott Axonovitz, the former chief revenue officer of Visibly, as its CRO, and Rich Dube, formerly the director of product management at FourKites, as its VP of product.
Chicago startup LogicGate named Gina Hortatsos as its chief marketing officer. She was previously the VP of marketing at Chicago startup FourKites. LogicGate also announced Tuesday that it added Emily Heath to its board of directors. Heath most recently served as United Airlines’ chief information security officer.
Chicago-based Cars.com announced it hired Julie Scott as the company's new vice president and general manager of national sales. Scott previously worked at The Onion as senior vice president and general manager, where she successfully built and managed Onion Labs, an in-house digital content agency for branded content.
Trisha Degg has left her role as VP of talent and operations at the Illinois Technology Association to become the head of talent at Chicago startup Tempus, according to LinkedIn. She begins the new role on Nov. 4.
Chicago tech company ActiveCampaign announced two executive hires. Maria Pergolino, the former chief marketing officer for Anaplan, joins as ActiveCampaign's first CMO. Chris Englund, formerly a senior leader at HubSpot, joined as the company's VP of international operations. Both relocated to ActiveCampaign's Chicago headquarters.
Saggezza, a Chicago-based technology solutions provider and consulting firm, announced the appointment of Keith Rutman as senior VP of strategic accounts. Previously, Rutman was president and founder of KMR Business Solutions.
