A technology firm based in the Philadelphia area is doubling the size of its office space in Charlotte.

Verinext revealed today it has expanded its office footprint in key regional markets including Charlotte; Birmingham, Alabama; and Nashville, Tennessee; to support the firm's rapid growth. The company also opened a new headquarters space totaling 11,300 square feet in Blue Bell, Pennsylvania, a year after creating its new brand identity.

Previously known as Anexinet, the 24-year-old company rebranded to Verinext in January 2023 after several acquisitions including its February 2022 merger with Atlanta-based Veristor, CBJ sister publication the Philadelphia Business Journal previously reported.

Verinext has increased its SouthPark office at 6101 Carnegie Boulevard to 4,700 square feet from 2,660 square feet previously. The larger space accommodates the firm's growing employee base and supports more interactive customer strategy engagements, Verinext said. Its Charlotte team grew to 12 employees from having four here in 2022.

The company also debuted a 32,000-square-foot architecture design center and implementation lab in the Atlanta region. That space features a technology lab and a designated area for customer architecture and design sessions.

“We have seen tremendous growth for Verinext throughout 2023 as we continue to execute on our mission to deliver the transformative technology solutions customers need to prepare for what’s next,” Brian Glahn, CEO of Verinext, said in a statement. “These reimagined workplaces have been designed to inspire innovation and enhance the engaging customer experiences Verinext has become known so well for.”

Founded in 2000, Verinext offers services to help businesses innovate and leverage technology in areas like data protection, task automation, artificial intelligence, information technology and cybersecurity. The company works with partners like Amazon Web Services, Microsoft, Cisco and Hewlett Packard Enterprise.

Last October, Verinext sponsored NASCAR driver Devin Jones, who participated in the Drive for the Cure 250 at Charlotte Motor Speedway.
