Kangarootime has officially moved into its new home and is continuing to hire.
The software company, which supports the early childhood education market, has already hopped from its 60th employee in June to its current team of 84, not including third-party contractors.
CEO Scott Wayman expects to celebrate the 100th hire late this year or early next year.
“The message is we’re really looking to grow,” he said.
And with the new 8,384-square-foot office at 301 Ohio St. and a $26 million Series B round that closed earlier this year, the startup is in a good position to do just that.
Wayman moved the company to Buffalo, specifically Seneca One, in late 2017 after winning $500,000 in the 43North pitch competition. The startup also previously closed on a $3.4 million funding round in 2019 and raised $6 million last year.
