AML RightSource has built a team of 130 employees in Buffalo in just two years, and CEO Frank Ewing expects that number to triple in the coming years.
Ewing wanted an office space in Buffalo that helped recruit those workers as the company seeks to add technology and consulting capabilities to its core financial crimes advisory practice.
The company last year chose Seneca One Tower for its Buffalo hub, and is just opening up its 20,000-square-foot office on the 27th floor of Buffalo’s tallest building. The tower is being reimagined as a live-work-shop destination for technology companies and workers by Washington, D.C.-based developer Douglas Jemal.
The AML facility includes sweeping views of Western New York. It can accommodate about 175 people at a time. Ewing said the firm is moving toward a hybrid model of office work.
Business First photographer Joed Viera stopped by for an early look at the office space.
