LenderLogix leaders weren’t planning on growing this fast.

But they unlocked such demand for their products in the mortgage world that they’re traveling up the hockey stick anyway.

The company, founded by former M&T mortgage officer Patrick O’Brien, provides digital tools that unearth real-time opportunities for their customers. LenderLogix now works with a “handful” of the top 10 mortgage banks in the U.S. and has hundreds of lender clients across the country. The firm was recently named to the 2022 TECH100 Mortgage list of mortgage industry innovators.

LenderLogix moved into headquarters at 760 Seneca St. in Larkinville last year, and it has now expanded to take a second floor in that building. The company has quickly grown from a handful of employees to 18 full-timers. O’Brien said growth in customer success, sales and engineering will continue as the business requires.

“We’re getting national recognition and we continue to grow,” O’Brien said. “We’re being recognized alongside the heavy hitters in the industry.”
