The Boston Business Journal’s 2018 Best Places to Work Awards – Hollister #19 on the List!

On June 20th Hollister Staffing was recognized at The Boston Business Journal's (BBJ) annual Best Places to Work ceremony, coming in at #19 in the Small Company (50-99 employees) category. Carolyn M. Jones, Market President and Publisher of BBJ and Doug Banks, Executive Editor presented each company with their ranking and award.

Rankings were determined by Quantum Workplace, which conducted an online survey of the employees for each company asking them to rate their respective work environment, work-life balance, job satisfaction, advancement opportunities, management, compensation, and benefits.

According to the study, some perks this year's 80 BPTW honorees offer employees include: stress-relief breaks (41%), bringing pets to work (20%), casual dress code (84%), free daily lunch (16%), work-from-home option (81%), paid time off for community service (64%), and flexible work hours (83%).
