On August 1st the Hollister Staffing team volunteered at Cradles to Crayons Massachusetts for their quarterly Philanthropy Outing! In their two hours at the Giving Factory, they put together customized orders for 101 kids in the Boston area.
Cradles to Crayons' mission is to meet the critical needs of children and provide them with essentials, such as clothing, shoes, coats, diapers, and other items to support them in school and at home. Last year, Cradles to Crayons was able to help 150,000 kids in need, but have a long way to reach the total of 300,000+ in need just in the state of Massachusetts, and are working to close the gap.
$33 helps Cradles to Crayons to put together a full pack with a week of clothing, 5 books, toys, school supplies and other items.
