A Peabody company is the fastest growing in the Northeast, according to the latest rankings from Inc.com.
CityLight Homes, a real estate firm, topped the 2024 Inc. 5000 Regionals list, an extension of the Inc. 5000 franchise which is typically announced every August. The regional list, which came out Thursday, ranked 1,132 of the fastest-growing companies across seven regions in the U.S.
CityLight Homes posted revenue growth of 5,347%, according to the Inc. list. The company was founded by Peter Souhleris, a host of the reality television show "Flipping Boston," and Robert Berry.
The Northeast region included Massachusetts, Pennsylvania, New York, Vermont, New Hampshire, Maine, and Connecticut. The rankings are based on revenue growth between 2020 and 2023, and has minimum revenue requirements plus other rules.
Of the 198 fastest growing companies in the Northeast, 20 are in Massachusetts.
