Check out some of the merger and acquisition activity in the Boston tech and life sciences, courtesy of reporting by BostInno and the Boston Business Journal in February — plus a bonus one that could be on the horizon.   • DraftKings acquired Jackpocket, the top lottery app in the U.S., for $750 million.
  • Drift.com was acquired by Salesloft, an Atlanta-based revenue workflow platform, for an undisclosed amount. 
  • Ginkgo Bioworks completed a number of acquisitions, two in Cambridge and one in New York, and is creating the "Ginkgo Technology Network."
  • Healthcare data firm Apollo Intelligence in Watertown has acquired GlocalMind. The acquisition is intended to expand the footprint of Apollo's operations.
  • SaaS firm AR insights in Needham has acquired Rhode Island-based Wind Communications Agency. 
  • A European biotech investor is aggregating six dermatological companies to create Alys Pharmaceuticals Inc., which will be based in Geneva and Boston.
