June M&A deal roundup: Fintech, Type 1 diabetes drugs and drug testing

Check out the eight mergers and acquisitions of tech and life sciences companies BostInno reported on in June. 

  • Four years after its founding, the financial tech startup Finch announced it has been acquired by the Australian company Finder. 
  • Surface Oncology Inc. is set to be acquired by California-based Coherus BioSciences Inc.
  • Boston edtech Panorama Education has acquired Mesa Cloud and its graduation management system.
  • Framingham-based Sincere Corp., run by the founders of Punchbowl.com and now the parent company of that and other consumer internet brands, acquired Timehop. 
  • Boston-based Snyk Ltd. is acquiring Enso Security, a Tel Aviv-based startup with about 30 employees.   
  • Waltham-based Wolters Kluwer Health acquired Invistics Corp., a provider of software for drug diversion detection and controlled substance compliance.
  • Boston-based financial planning company Origin acquired Finny, a financial health startup. 
  • Eli Lilly and Co. is set to acquire Cambridge-based Sigilon Therapeutics Inc.
