  • MultiPlan Corp. acquired Boston-based data and advanced analytics company Benefits Science LLC for $160 million.
  • Westborough-based Connectbase is acquiring London-based LastMileXchange. Connectbase operates a central marketplace that streamlines connectivity buying and selling. Last year, the company raised a $21 million Series C funding round.
  • Boston-based JobGet acquired Heroes Jobs, a social networking job platform targeted towards Gen Zs looking for retail and hospitality roles.
  • Desktop Metal Inc. plans to merge itself with Stratasys through an all-stock transaction valued at $1.8 billion. Existing Stratasys shareholders are slated to own approximately 59% of the combined company following the closing of the transaction, which is expected in the fourth quarter.
  • Eight months and more than 60 pitch sessions with companies later, Wishroute has announced it was acquired by Suggestic. CEO Jessica Lynch told BostInno how she made the deal happen.
