- Boston-based GoTo completed its acquisition of cloud-based device management provider Miradore.
- Cambridge-based Devo Technology, a cloud-native logging and security analytics company, announced its acquisition of LogicHub.
- Renovacor Inc., a Cambridge-based gene therapy company that relocated from Philadelphia earlier this year, is set to be acquired by New Jersey firm Rocket Pharmaceuticals Inc.
- Appfire, a Boston enterprise collaboration software company, announced its acquisition of German company 7pace. The Boston company said this marks a strategic expansion into the Microsoft ecosystem.
- Antenna Research Associates Inc. finalized its acquisition of Billerica-based SI2 Technologies, which designs and manufactures electromagnetic systems for the military and government. ARA said this deal would allow it to establish a product development focused technology innovation center.
- Boston-based Kyruus, a provider search and scheduling tech company, announced plans to acquire Epion Health. Kyruus acquired HealthSparq in 2021.
- Framingham-based Alira Health, a health care advisory, clinical research and technology company, has acquired Artisan Healthcare Consulting.
- Forma Therapeutics Holdings Inc, a Watertown biotech developing drugs for blood diseases, is being acquired by Novo Nordisk for $1.1 billion.
