Tuesday, June 7

EmTech Next 2022: Join in person or virtually for MIT Technology Review's signature conference on the future of work, EmTech Next, bringing together the most influential leaders to explore the technologies driving business and their impact on your market, your strategy and your workforce. This event will take place June 7 and 8 at the MIT Media Lab. An online pass costs $850 and in-person passes cost $ 2,895. More information here.

Monday, June 13

DigiMarCon New England 2022: Join peers in-person or online for two days packed with digital marketing best practices, latest trends, practical solutions, strategy and networking, also check out the next generation of technology & innovation, Internet, mobile, adtech, martech & SaaS technology. The event will take place at the Westin Copley Place on June 13 and 14. A conference pass costs $697 and a virtual pass is $247.

Monday, June 13

User Experience Design Immersive: This course will teach core skills that make up the entire user experience design process. From research and ideation to prototyping and testing, our user experience design training will help you solve design problems using proven skills and methods. This summer-long course will be held at General Assembly and costs $15,950 to enroll. Learn more.

Tuesday, June 14

Western Mass Founders Network Demo Day: Come for a night of pitches, tradeshow style demonstrations, remarks from program partners, networking and refreshments. This program is put on in partnership by the Western Mass Economic Development Council, FORGE, Valley Venture Mentors and the Berkshire Innovation Center thanks to generous funding from the Mass Tech Collaborative. The event will start at 4 p.m. at Valley Venture Mentors.

Tuesday, June 14

Quantum.Tech conference: This event brings together industry, research institutions, government agencies and investors whose primary goal is to drive forward the commercialization of Quantum technologies. The purpose of the Quantum.Tech conference and exhibition is to drive forward the commercialization of Quantum applications across industry, and to provide a global, annual meeting place for the Quantum ecosystem. To pull Quantum out of the research lab, and onto the shop floor. The conference will take place at the Marriott Copley Place. A two-day pass costs $999. More details here.

Own Your Raise — Evaluate Your Startup and Choose the Right Funding Options: Join the ‘Own Your Raise’ interactive bootcamp to get clarity on the state of your startup, business model, and to understand the right funding options for you and your specific business needs. The online event kicks off at 10 a.m. and costs $100 to attend.

Friday, June 17

Blacks In Technology X Techqueria Career Fair: Whether you’re looking for your first job in tech, or you’re a seasoned tech veteran exploring options, this event will place you in direct contact with organizations who are making a deliberate effort to add diversity to their teams. This career fair is hosted in collaboration with Blacks in Technology. The career fair starts at 2 p.m. and is free for Techqueria members.

Wednesday, June 22

Future of Work: This in-person event is for executives within HR, digital workplace, internal communication and EX. Speakers include Keith Sonderling, commissioner of the United States Equal Employment Opportunity Commission; Deborah Hyman, head of employee communications & employer brand at Wells Fargo; and Tamar Cohen, vice president of employee experience at Travelers. Embracing LGBTQ Founders: Innovation Studio + StartOuts’ LGBTQ founders panel will share their stories and how they embrace their identities and succeed in the entrepreneur ecosystem. The free event starts at 6 p.m. at District Hall Boston.
