28th Annual Venture Capital & Private Equity Conference at Harvard Business School: The one-day event last year brought together 1,000+ venture capital and private equity professionals, academics, and students to discuss issues in today’s alternative investing space. Speakers this year will include Ann DeWitt, general partner at The Engine; Meg Whitman, former CEO and president of Hewlett Packard Enterprises; and Adam Nebesar, managing director of Bain Capital. 8 a.m. – 6 p.m. at the Omni Boston Hotel in the Seaport. $50 for Harvard faculty and students; $150 for Harvard alumni; $200 for general admission. BostInno’s 2022 Virtual Startups to Watch: Join the BostInno team for a conversation featuring some of the hottest Boston startups of the coming year, where you can learn about their entrepreneurial journey and how they’re managing their business in the Covid era.
