Maaging the Future of Work: Staffing the post-Covid recovery — Hiring and retaining employees has never been a greater challenge. COVID exacerbated a number of trends latent in the labor market that are combining to reshape the labor force. Joe Fuller, a professor at Harvard Business School and head of the university’s impressive Project on the Workforce, will discuss the causes of the labor shortage and specific ideas as to what companies can do to address it.
