• Ernie Cormier, chief product officer for AOL Platforms, stepped down from his position at the end of the month.
• Draft, a new fantasy sports startup based in New York, hired CoachUp founder Jordan Fliegel as its co-CEO.
• Artlifting hired Michael Tupanjanin as its new CEO. Tupanjanin was previously CRO at Sitecore.
• Fuze made two executive hires: Brian Day as CFO and Mary Good as Chief People Officer. Day was previously CEO at Apperian, and Good was previously chief human resources officer at hCentive.
• Quantopian, a Boston fintech startup, hired Marc Volpe as CFO. He was previously CFO at Fort Warren Capital Management.
• ViralGains, an adtech startup in Boston, added a new CMO and VP of Strategy. Julie Ginches and Glenn Kiladis respectively. Ginches was previously CMO at Kahuna and exelate. Kiladis was previously at Publishers Clearing House.
• Data Point Capital, a Boston-based venture capital firm, brought on Oscar Award-winning actor Leonardo DiCaprio as a special adviser and limited partner in its latest fund.
• Ipswitch, a provider of IT and network management software, hired Jeanne Hopkins as EVP and CMO. She was previously SVP and CMO at Continuum.
• InCrowd hired Matthew Polletta as EVP of sales. He was previously VP of stakeholder management solutions at IBM Watson Health.
• Qstream made two hires: Sandeep Soman as VP of product management and Allan Molloy as VP of engineering. Soman was previously senior director of product management for CA Technologies, and Molloy was previously head of customer engagement technologies at Allied Irish Bank.
• CareDash.com, a Cambridge-based doctor ratings startup, added Mira Wilczek, acting SVP of venture strategy at Cogo Labs, to its board of directors.
• Everbridge promoted Claudia Dent from VP of Product Management to SVP of product management.
• Globant hired former Cognizant executive John Raveret as EVP of strategy for its Boston office.
