- Steward Health Care closed a deal to be acquired for $245 million by a Nashville-based healthcare group owned by private equity firm Kinderhook Industries LLC.
- Mimecast, the second-largest cybersecurity company in Massachusetts by employee headcount, acquired Aware, a Columbus, Ohio, startup.
- Steer, a Boston-based CRM software for auto shops announced its merger with AutoOps, a scheduling software company.
- Sprockets, an AI-powered hiring software company, acquired HourWork, the Boston-based hiring platform.
- Paragonix Technologies, a Waltham-based company, was bought by Getinge, a Swedish global medical technology company.
- Flywire Corp., a payment enablement and software company, announced its acquisition of the SaaS platform Invoiced.
