BostInno's State of Innovation - the second annual half-day forum with a kickass roster of panelists discussing the state of innovation across Boston's most lucrative industries - is next Thursday. Over 1,000 executives, business leaders, entrepreneurs, innovators, and students will convene in the Innovation District for an afternoon of incredible networking, high-profile keynote addresses & hard-hitting panel discussions about the state of innovation in Boston.
In tandem, we're honoring the companies and individuals who are contributing to social good in the Boston community and beyond through five exemplary awards, presented by Team Bonding, to be announced live at the event:
Corporate Initiative Award - Will be awarded to Boston-based corporations that make a significant contribution to social good causes through both employee volunteer initiatives and monetary donations. Two winners will be honored, one from each category:
Company with <500 Employees
Company with >500 Employees
Non-Profit Initiative Award - Will be awarded to one Boston-based not-for-profit organization that is advancing social good specifically in and for the Boston community.
Mission Initiative Award - Will be awarded to one for-profit companies that have social good/social entrepreneurism as part of their mission, such as Toms Shoes' one-for-one business model.
Individual Mission Award - Will be awarded to one local individuals who greatly contribute to the advancement of social good specifically in and for the Boston community.
