Thursday, Aug. 1

BostonFest: It's the biggest bash of the summer. BostInno is hosting a celebration of Boston innovation all evening long at Lawn on D. Tech Careers for Non-Engineers: Join General Assembly Boston for a discussion on navigating careers within the tech sector. Ladies Get Coffee: Espresso yourself at this early-morning networking event. Renewable Communities Panel Discussion: The Environment Massachusetts Research and Policy Center is hosting a panel discussion featuring experts in the state’s renewable energy space. The panel will focus on how communities can transition to 100 percent renewable energy and how businesses and the government can contribute to this effort. Science by the Pint @ Saloon: “When Cells Lose their Balance: Gene Dosing and Aneuploidy:” Join the GLiMPSE Podcast Team for a live recording with special guest Dr. Angelika Amon to discuss the connections between aneuploidy and cancerous cells.
