Birmingham-based Dash Solutions made additions to its C-suite.
Ann Berkmeier was promoted to chief administrative officer and Anna Fron to chief legal and compliance officer. Maggie O’Toole also joined the company as senior vice president, product strategy and strategic partnerships.
Berkmeier has played a major role in Dash Solution’s leadership team since 2022, most recently serving as senior vice president of special projects. As the company’s chief administrative officer, Berkmeier will direct all business processes with a focus on people, technology and data-related initiatives. She will continue to lead all aspects of project management and will now also assume ownership of human resources and data and analytics.
Fron joined Dash Solutions in 2019 as chief compliance officer. In this role, she managed all compliance protocols to meet laws and regulations surrounding the business. With her background in law, she brought relevant experience to the chief legal and compliance officer role, in which she will take on additional responsibilities to direct major legal and regulatory issues, identify and mitigate enterprise risks and govern the company’s legal department and in-house attorneys.
O’Toole brings 15 years of experience in payments and held leadership roles within the industry with both Onbe and TabaPay. In this new role at Dash Solutions, she will lead initiatives to launch and enhance the company’s suite of products and offering, while simultaneously building and fostering partnerships. O’Toole’s experience lies in scaling operations.
“Ann, Anna and Maggie are all dynamic leaders who bring a wealth of experience, vision and innovation that will undoubtedly play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Dash Solutions," said Dash Solutions CEO Stephen Faust. "As our company continues to grow, we need different perspectives to help Dash Solutions reach its full potential, and these three veterans could not be better candidates to help us on this journey."
The company has achieved significant growth over the last five years and delivers billions in payments annually.
