Birmingham startup Linq has secured a deal with a prominent sports betting company and is making connections with a fast-growing sector.
Linq’s technology will be used by FanDuel to enable its FanDuel VIP Account Managers to connect with VIPs in a customized platform that streamlines communication, provides helpful resources and determines where and how VIPs like to connect.
“When FanDuel came to us looking for a better way to connect with their audience at events, we were thrilled — as business partners and fans of the company,” said Elliott Potter, Linq co-founder and CEO. “The FanDuel profiles showcase their latest product offerings, recent events and marketing videos in a way that will connect with their VIPs much more strongly than just a conversation or print collateral would alone.”
The online sports betting market has seen significant growth in recent years, propelled by an increasing digital connectedness, a rise in the number of sports events and leagues and Covid-19.
Linq has seen immense growth during the pandemic and has moved into a new office and secured a contract with McDonald’s of Greater Atlanta.
