Massachusetts-based Thrive, a provider of managed services, has acquired Birmingham-based tech company InCare Technology.
The acquisition will provide Thrive with a regional provider in the South, enabling the company to deliver and support managed cybersecurity, collaboration and cloud services. Financial details of the deal were not disclosed to the BBJ.
InCare Technology primarily works with health care, local governments, education and other businesses providing IT support, cybersecurity and networking total technology outsourced management, among other services. The company also has offices in Tennessee and Mississippi.
