If you've ever stayed out on 6th Street until the bars close, you know how heavily Austinites use ride-hailing services to get home.
But, aside from home, where do Austinites take Lyft most often?
Lyft breaks it down in its annual Lyftie Awards, which recognize the most popular drop off spots in cities across the nation. Here's a look at this year's winners:
- Most Celebrated Venue: Buford’s
- Top Transit Stop: Megabus Station at 1500 San Jacinto Blvd
- Late Night Neighborhood: Rainey Street
- Austin Late Night Hero Driver: Rachial Scott
- Most Celebrated Restaurant/Bar: The Continental Club
- Top Scooter Destination: 6th Street
Rachial Scott won the late night hero award for providing the most rides between 11 p.m. and 4 a.m., which we can only imagine gets a little hairy with overserved passengers and folks who are headed to the airport for a redeye flight.
This years awards used a different format than last year's. Here's a quick look at the 2018 award winners, based on Lyft's anaysis:

- Most Visited Late Night Restaurant: Kerbey Lane Cafe
- Most Visited Late Night Neighborhood: Rainey Street

- Most Visited Concert Venue: Stubb’s
- Most Visited Fitness Studio: Castle Hill Fitness
- Only in Austin: Barton Springs Pool
The new 2019 Lyfties also included a ranking of cities that tip, round-up their fare and take a shared rides the most. Those were:
