Austin web design and marketing firm Springbox has acquired nFusion, another Austin marketing company that provides targeted consumer analytics and content.

No financial details were released. nFusion CEO John Ellett will become Springbox's chief marketing officer as part of the deal. The two companies operate in similar spaces and already share at least one client - Q2 Software.

“As demand generation becomes more technically driven, nFusion's account based marketing capabilities combined with Springbox's strong technology leadership and consulting will help mid-market businesses develop transformational solutions that add more value for their investors,” said Springbox owner and CEO Tom West.

Springbox was founded in 2004 by Adam Moore, who went on to become co-founder and CEO of SpaceCraft, a publishing platform startup. Springbox has raised $12.4 million to date, according to Crunchbase.
