The University of Georgia Alumni Association named Atlanta accounting software company LeaseQuery as its fastest-growing alumni business.

It’s the second year in a row that LeaseQuery topped the Bulldog 100 list, which ranks companies owned or operated by UGA alumni on their three-year compounded annual growth rates.

UGA received 429 nominations for the 2021 list, according to a press release. Companies must have revenue of more than $100,000 and been in business since 2016 to be considered.

Heading into its 10 year, LeaseQuery, led by CEO George Azih, has been recognized by other organizations, including the Atlanta Business ChronicleInc. Magazine and Deloitte for its rapid growth.

This month, LeaseQuery launched a new software called LeaseManager to help tenants manage their leases, a step toward its goal of becoming a suite of accounting software products.

“We are built for accountants, by accountants, which is what makes us different in the marketplace,” Azih told Atlanta Inno in December. “LeaseQuery just happens to be our first product.”

LeaseQuery is also collaborating with Microsoft to provide customers of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Financial and Business Central with a "a more seamless path” to using its software on that platform.

Four other Atlanta technology companies made the top 10 of the Bulldog 100 list.

InBrain, a marketing analytics company, claimed the No. 2 spot; Roadie, a logistics technology startup, No. 4; PDI Software, an Alpharetta digital consulting company, No. 6; and Calendly, a scheduling analytics unicorn, No. 8.

UGA Alumni Association hosted a virtual ceremony to honor the businesses on Feb. 11.
