The 65th Fortune 500 list is live, and several Georgia companies have graced the list this year.
According to Fortune, the companies in total represent two-thirds of the U.S. GDP with $13.7 trillion in revenues, $1.1 trillion in profits, $22.6 trillion in market value and employ 28.7 million people worldwide.
Georgia has 18 companies on the list, but the only major technology company mentioned is NCR. Equifax, Global Payments and FleetCor Technologies appear below the first 500 companies on the list. Together, 30 Georgia companies on Fortune's 1000 list represent $454.67 billion in revenue.
Graphic Packaging Holding is the only newcomer from Georgia on the list, ranked at No. 480 with about $6 million in revenue.
