Industrious, a coworking space based in New York, has announced the opening of its sixth location in Atlanta at Monarch Tower in Buckhead.

According to company representatives, the coworking company will lease more than 18,000 square feet on the 22nd floor of the building located at 3424 Peachtree Road. The office is expected to open in the second quarter of this year.

The new location came about from a partnership agreement with landlord Highwoods Properties, the company said, and is the fifth location Industrious has planned with the company.

New tenants will have access to traditional coworking spaces and private offices, as well as conference rooms, huddle rooms, phone rooms, a focus and wellness room, cafe, library, seating areas and an outdoor patio with views of the city.

Community memberships start at $414 and one desk for a private offices starts at $779 per month.

Property amenities at the new location include an on-site cafe, a common space, conference center, an express mail dropbox, covered parking options on-site, public transit access to MARTA, car wash services, dry cleaning, The Monarch Athletic Club---a newly renovated fitness center---an on-site concierge and guest services.

The news comes at the heels of The We Company's announcement earlier this month that WeWork Terminus would expand to another floor in the Terminus 100 building in Buckhead. The new offices will open on the eighth floor in June, likely around the same time the Industrious Monarch Tower location will open.
