Accenture, a management consulting agency that provides strategy, consulting, digital, technology and operations services to clients, will open its innovation hub in Tech Square in Midtown later this year.

The company's architectural firm, Gensler, has recently released renderings of the planned space in the Centergy Building at Tech Square on track to open in the fall.

Inside the Accenture Innovation Hub, visitors can expect railroad tracks on the ceiling of the elevator lobby---a homage to Atlanta's history as a railroad hub---that lead to the visitor reception area with steel-clad walls and a flip-disk display that changes constantly.

The hub's Rumble Park is a designated space for long think sessions and will represent a park, with living walls on either end, writable surfaces, reconfigurable walls and LED cloud-shaped lighting. The Rumble Court will mimic the look of a basketball court with floor from a middle school gym, garage doors and graffiti art by a local artist.

In the executive lounge, employees will find tufted leather walls, low-slung funiture and a low-sitting fireplace. For lunch, the cafe and canteen area was designed as a flexible space for events or the casual break.

"The Innovation Hub will also feature clean and dirty makers labs, for rapid creation of MVP prototypes in real-time based on client sessions, and an immersion room, which will feature 360 degree video projection on the walls, connected to the lounge and ideation room," a company representative said. "The Immersion Room is designed for 30-45 sessions showing life-size environments, data, and behind the scenes activity."

Accenture also plans to add 800 technology jobs in Atlanta by the end of 2020, according to company representatives.
