Atlanta Inno is a new digital media and events company covering and connecting local startups, technology and innovation. And we're looking for writers!

Launching on February, 20th, Inno will profile the entrepreneurs, executives, startups, businesses and trends that shape, define and drive the Atlanta ecosystem. Check out www.americaninno.com for more info on us and our 7 markets.

In addition to our full-time staff writer position, we are looking for freelance/contract writers to contribute 3-5 stories a month.

This Inno contract writer will file 3-5 pieces of original editorial a month, including spotlights on early-stage entrepreneurs/startups and experienced executives/businesses (across a variety of industries), looks inside innovative new companies, deep-dives on specific trends, stories on locally-made products and devices, funding reports and other news updates, and more.

Inno will be able to provide the writer with several ideas heading into every month, but we’ll always be open to fielding any and all pitches as it relates to a month’s deliverables. We’re looking for several great stories a month on the people, businesses and trends that shape Atlanta’s innovation economy – if you’d love to tell them, we’d love to have you.

If interested in the freelance/contract role, please send a resume and brief paragraph outlining your interest to Courtney Gabrielson at CGabrielson@AmericanInno.com. (The contract will begin as soon as possible and will run on a month-by-month basis).

Also, across all of our sites, we're always looking for honest, authoritative guest posts from founders, executives and experts within the ecosystem. If you have a take, thought-leadership, story, or music that will add value to the city's innovation, economy we'd love to hear it. For contributor submissions, please email Will Flanagan at wflanagan@americaninno.com.

Atlanta Inno is part of American Inno, a network of digital media and events companies covering and cultivating local innovation. Inno is Boston, Chicago, DC, Austin, Rhode Island, Minneapolis and Cincinnati.
