Editor's note: CREATE-X, an entrepreneurial program teaching students at Georgia Tech how to launch startups, has created a new video series to highlight Atlanta startups that have gone through its program. As part of a collaboration with CREATE-X, we're sharing a few of those videos at Atlanta Inno, along with details about what each company does and how it plans to get to the next level.

The mission of STORD is to build a global distribution network that brings cost savings and technology to warehousing. STORD provides affordable, efficient warehousing and distribution to bind together a network of independent, third-party warehouses that handle product for STORD customers. The software helps clients manage their product flow across multiple warehouses on one dashboard, and the services have significantly reduced warehousing costs for customers.

Sean Henry (CEO) and Jacob Boudreau (CTO) founded STORD in 2015 through the CREATE-X – an entrepreneurial program at Georgia Tech that enables students to create real startups and take them to market. Based entirely on experiential learning, CREATE-X provided the knowledge and skills that Bourdreau and Henry required to confidently turn their idea into a company.

On the heels of a recent $2.4 million dollar round of funding, Henry and Bourdreau discuss the future of STORD.
