Rio Rancho-based life sciences company Nature’s Toolbox Inc. has hired its first chief financial officer.
Yesim Roth will oversee all things financial for the bioinformatics/biomanufacturing company. Roth previously worked in finance roles for firms like Alchemy Ventures and CaBo Capital, according to a news release. With nearly 30 years of experience, she also worked with organizations throughout Turkey including Citibank and Turk Telekom.
“Ms. Roth brings a unique, diverse set of leadership skills, not just within finance, but across many critical aspects of business from her time working with startups and in the venture capital world,” Alex Koglin, co-founder and CEO at NTx, said in the news release.
NTx, founded in 2015, is focused on cell-free manufacturing for medical applications. One of its primary technologies is centered on messenger RNA (mRNA).
In 2020, the company announced its plans to move from Santa Fe to Rio Rancho as part of an expansion.
