Nominations are officially open for New Mexico Inno's Fire Awards.

Across the American Inno network of publications, the Fire Awards highlight innovative organizations that have had a year worth celebrating. Fire honorees can include later-stage tech pillars, growth-stage startups, accelerators, venture firms, meetup groups, nonprofits, etc.

From firms that have garnered investment, unveiled a new product, secured a big client, made a significant acquisition, expanded or pivoted — the Fire Awards are intended to recognize organizations that are having a positive impact on our economy.

Sound like an organization you know? We invite you, your colleagues and friends to nominate today.

These are some of the things we are looking for in a nominee:

  • New funding
  • Adding headcount
  • Social and community impact
  • Product launches
  • Company pivots/growth
  • Stories of innovators reshaping the ecosystem.

Self-nominations are accepted. After reviewing inbound nominations, the New Mexico Inno team and Albuquerque Business First staff will select the honorees.

Nominations are due March 11. Feel free to reach out to Inno reporter Collin Krabbe at ckrabbe@bizjournals.com if you have questions.

A special Fire Awards ceremony will be held on May 4, 2022.
